Terms of Sale

These terms cover ticket purchases for workshops run by MEM Digital Ltd, trading as Marbl Codes, on events.marbl.codes. They sit alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Price and payment

Ticket prices are shown in GBP excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout, so the total you pay is the total shown there. Payment is taken securely via Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change without notice, but as human beings we will always do our best to let everyone know.

Cancellation and refunds

Tickets are for a date-specific event. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to tickets for events that take place on a specific date, and we are telling you this before you buy. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, refunds are at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.

Your ticket

A ticket admits one person to the named event. Ticket codes are not login credentials and do not grant access to any account.

Changes and governing law

We may need to change a venue, time or programme; we will tell ticket-holders by email if we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Please contact us first so we can put things right.
